We can accommodate up to 26 overnight guests and up to 125 guests for events.

1st floor:

• Nautical Suite - King bed, private bath - sleeps 2
• Seasons Suite - King bed, private bath, with sitting area that includes a Twin Sofa bed - sleeps 3
• Tack Room – Queen bed with walk in stall shower - sleeps 2

2nd floor:

• Garden/Cottage Suite - 1 room with a king bed, a private hallway with full bath, and a second room with 2 queen beds – sleeps 6
• The Serenity Suite - A complete VIP experience! An incredible oasis away from home. Enter the master suite and relax in the plush pillow top king size bed. In room amenities include an all seasons fireplace, a Soaking Tub for 2, TV, DVD player, coffee/tea maker, soft robes, a microwave and refrigerator. Sleeps 2.

3rd floor:

• The Loft - 2 queen beds, private hallway and bath, sitting room with double over single bunk bed and a second TV - sleeps 6
