Roundtop Mountain Resort

Since its grand opening in 1964, Roundtop Mountain Resort has entertained families with enchanting scenery and ample opportunities for having fun in the snow. The park currently features 21 trails with varying difficulty levels, paired with 9 lifts and a snow tubing area. 

The resort offers plenty of amenities for guests, including:

Gravity Hill

There are three ‘Gravity Hills’ in central Pennsylvania, and the one located in Lewisberry is the best of the bunch.

Gravity Hill is a close by attraction where the laws of physics appear to bend a bit. Your whole family will be in surprise when you set your car in neutral and see it rolling uphill. While it is most certainly an optical illusion, some might tell you that the location was the site of a tragic auto accident and the spirits of the children that died are pushing your car away.

While this is a fantastic kid friendly activity (not to mention free), please note that the location of Gravity Hill is at an intersection of two roads that see a lot of traffic. If you do decide to visit, please be courteous to other drivers and, if you are rolling backwards, make sure to use your flashers.
