Our Policies

Welcome to Canna Country Inn.

* In the event that you must cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, you will incur responsibility for your entire reservation.

* 7 day notice required for some holiday and special event bookings.

* Acceptable payment method: credit cards, cash, personal check, travelers checks, money orders, Visa or MasterCard.

* Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.

* Check-in: 3:30 PM-6:00 PM for other arrival times, please call to make arrangements.

* Check-out: 11:30 AM or later upon request.

* No Smoking is allowed in the Inn. There will a charge for violation

* No pets allowed.

* Children are welcome.

**** Full Inn Rentals: ****

* The inn rental includes: use of the Inn, tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware and appliances, pots, pans etc. in both kitchens. You will need to supply table linens. It does not include any services or staff. You are responsible for set-up and clean-up for your stay. Staff will be available by phone if you should have a mechanical need.

* There is a advance payment due along with a signed contract to secure your confirmation.

* Acceptable payment for full Inn rentals are, cash, personal check, travelers checks, money orders.

* The balance is due: 30 days prior to check in date.

* Cancellations: All reservations incur a $250 non refundable booking fee. (This applies towards total rental) After 45 days there is an additional $300 cancellation fee.

a) 1- 3 day rentals, any previous payments are refundable up to 90 days prior to the beginning of the rental period less the above fees. Notice of less than 90 days up to 30 days ½ of collected payments will be refunded. After final payment is made, 30 days prior to check in, no refunds will be made for any reservation if you must cancel.

b) Exception: Rental periods of 4 days or more, or those that include a holiday, wedding or special event, all previous payments are non refundable 90 days prior to the beginning of the rental period.

c) Agreement can be can be canceled by landlord for failure to make scheduled payments.

* A security deposit of $250 is due prior to check in and is fully refundable within 14 days provided the house is left in good condition and no damage or theft occurs during your stay. You will also be responsible for any additional damages above the $250 security deposit. We will accept cash, checks or credit cards for the security deposit.

* Acceptable payment: For full Inn rentals are credit cards, cash, personal check, traveler's checks, and money orders.

* Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.

* Guests: We are set up for 26 Guests. There will be a $15.00 per guest per night for additional guests. More than 26 Additional guests must be pre-approved.

* Check-in: 3:00 PM Please confirm arrival prior to check in

* Check-out: 12:00 noon Check out time is promptly 12 noon. With a $50 charge per 30 minutes thereafter.

* Liability: Canna Inn is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

* No Smoking; however designated outdoor areas are available.
* There is a $400.00 special cleaning fee if any smoking occurs inside the inn.
* No pets with full Inn rentals.
* Children are welcome.
